SpinCity Account Login
SpinCity lets you sign in to your personal account from a desktop or laptop browser, and from mobile devices through a mobile-optimised site. The same login details work across PC and mobile, so your balance, limits, and game history stay tied to one profile.
You need a registered SpinCity account to access the personal area. If you havenβt created one yet, the login page routes you to the sign-up form first; after registration, you can return to the same entry point and sign in with the credentials you set.
SpinCity Sign-In Security
- 2FA: SpinCity supports two-factor authentication via an authenticator app that generates time-based codes. Keep backup codes offline and store them separately from your phone. If you change devices, disable 2FA on the old device before switching, then re-enroll on the new one.
- Password: Use a unique password that you donβt reuse on email or other casinos. Aim for 12+ characters with a mix of upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, birthdays, and common patterns like β1234β or βqwertyβ. A password manager reduces reuse and prevents typos that can lock the account after repeated failed attempts.
- Notifications: Enable sign-in alerts for new device logins and password changes, delivered by email and (if available) SMS. Treat any alert you didnβt trigger as a security incident: change the password immediately, revoke active sessions, and re-check 2FA settings.
How To Log In To Your SpinCity Account
- Open the SpinCity website or launch the SpinCity app.
- Click Log in (on desktop itβs usually in the top-right; in the app itβs typically on the start screen or in the menu).
- Enter the email address (or username) and password you used when you registered.
- Select Log in to access your account.
Account Verification After Login At SpinCity
After you sign in, SpinCity may ask for verification to confirm your identity and keep payments in the right name. The request can appear as a banner in the cashier, a pop-up after a deposit attempt, or a notice when you try to withdraw.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal. SpinCity also triggers checks when you change key profile data (name, date of birth, email, phone), add a new payment method, or when a deposit or withdrawal is flagged for a security review.
You complete verification by uploading scans or clear photos in the account area. SpinCity checks that the details match your profile and that the documents are valid and readable (full document visible, no blur, no cut-off corners).
- ID: Passport, national ID card, or driving licence. SpinCity checks your full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your name and current address, dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment method: Card proof (a photo of the card with only the last 4 digits visible and the name visible) or an e-wallet/account screenshot showing your name and account identifier used for deposits.
- Source of funds (when requested): Payslip, tax document, bank statement, or other records that match your deposit level and payment activity.
SpinCity blocks withdrawals until verification is approved. Deposits can remain available, but the cashier can limit payment options or set a withdrawal hold if documents are missing.
Current flow: SpinCity asks for verification at withdrawal stage and re-checks when your details or payment method changes.
